MIDLANDS CENTRAL FESTIVAL JUNIOR club entry FORM
Please complete the entry form ensuring all information is correct the DEADLINE for entry to the festival is 1 week prior to the event. Sunday 10th May. This includes partial team entry. Please apply as soon as you can confirm numbers. The Tournament Pitch Map and Playing Format will be sent by Friday 15th May.
Please read the guidance below to determine player numbers and team sizes at each age group.
A full team will constitute a number within the range set out below.
If you have fewer than the minimum, and would like to form a Barbarians team, please state this. If you have enough players to make two teams you can enter more than one team.
Once an application is made you will be required to confirm your entry by the cut off date for applications when you will be sent an email or message to reply to confirm this.
Please strictly do not enter teams or individuals unless they will attend to ensure we can have the best possible experience for players and parents travelling.
