BEARS 5’S FITNESS FOR 2017

The clubs highly successful mixed community fitness and touch rugby league programme Bears 5’s continues this new year with sessions running in two locations across the city.

New participants are welcome to join and get involved to get fit while having fun with Coventry Bears professional players leading the training sessions.

It is just £2 per session to play and train which makes this a great way to get into something new and experience what other participants have enjoyed over the last 12+ months.

Sessions involve fitness skills and drills for beginners with some touch rugby league. There is something for everyone and sessions are tailored to accommodate all who attend.

It is also a great way to get involved and meet like-minded people who are fans of the club.

MONDAYS

Alan Higgs Centre Outdoor 3g                                           8-9pm 

FRIDAYS

Xcel Leisure Centre                                                             6-7pm

All sessions are mixed ability and gender, just make sure you arrive in suitable clothing and training shoes, bring water and lots of energy!
