Speaking on his signing Morrison said: “I'm very pleased to be staying at Coventry for next season, I have really enjoyed myself over the last 8 weeks of coming down and getting regular playing time which is what any player wants and needs. Coventry is a very ambitious club and with the team spirit which has been present throughout the season on and off the field it will be a great experience to be part of it throughout the coming season.”

As his first resigning of the season Bears Alan Robinson said: "I am delighted to have Jack sign with us for next season he has become a real fan favourite and has fitted in very well with our environment. He is a top metre gainer and is one of the most honest props ive seen all year. He is a great guy both on and off the field and one I know our players respect"

The Bears will shortly be announcing another major resigning who has caught the fans imagination of the course of their inaugural League One campaign.
